Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the paying individual or organization named on the invoice. This website does not process payments directly; refunds apply to fees actually collected for MindEndpoint Core programs.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than Module 1 materials and have not submitted an archive for instructor review.

Full or partial refunds

If you have accessed Module 2 or later, or received written instructor feedback, you may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50% within 14 days of payment, less any documented third-party processing fees. After 14 days, enroll are generally non-refundable except where mandatory law in Korea requires otherwise.

Non-refundable items

• Custom workshops already delivered.
• Night Audit months that have begun.
• Seats transferred to another learner at your request.
• Downloadable templates once delivered as standalone purchases.

Refund process

Email support@mindendpoint-core.digital with subject “Refund request,” your invoice number, and reason. We may ask which modules you accessed.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval. Bank or card networks may add additional time.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible. If that method is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative transfer in KRW or another currency agreed in writing.

Cancellation

You may cancel future cohort seats before materials are issued. Cancellations after materials are issued follow the refund rules above.

Exceptions

If MindEndpoint Core cancels a program permanently and cannot provide a reasonable substitute, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion. Force majeure events may delay delivery without automatic refund when we reschedule within 90 days.
