By using this website or requesting enrollment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Educational purpose

Content is informational and educational. It is not financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. See also our Not Financial Advice statement.

Accounts and enrollment

Course access may be granted after offline confirmation. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for keeping shared credentials confidential when team seats are issued.

Intellectual property

Site text, curricula, checklists, graphics, and branding are owned by MindEndpoint Core or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or publicly republish course materials except for personal learning use expressly permitted in your enrollment confirmation.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site to distribute malware, scrape content at abusive volumes, attempt unauthorized access, or use materials to mislead others about device security guarantees we do not make.

Third-party links

Links such as the Microsoft Store home page are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and materials are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that examples will match every hardware wallet firmware revision.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindEndpoint Core and its instructors shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the site or a specific enrollment shall not exceed the fees you paid to us for that enrollment in the twelve months before the claim, or ₩100,000 if no fees were paid.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify MindEndpoint Core against claims arising from your misuse of materials or violation of these Terms, except where prohibited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Seoul, Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
